Instructor-Led & Virtual Training

Live learning experiences bring people together to practice, reflect, and grow in real time. Whether in a classroom or virtual environment, I design and facilitate sessions that build engagement and translate learning into meaningful performance. The samples below highlight a few examples of how I structure instructor-led and virtual sessions to foster connection, collaboration, and applied learning.

This session was designed to help learners understand and apply Jira’s most commonly used reports to track progress, analyze trends, and make data-informed project decisions. The training emphasized interpreting metrics for team performance and using visualization tools to improve transparency and collaboration.

I created this project plan to outline the full design and development process for a Scrum Lead Role Training course in Articulate Rise. The plan defines learning objectives, content structure, and technical requirements to guide course creation from concept through final review. It integrates Agile and Scrum frameworks, Jira training, sprint facilitation techniques, and metrics-based performance evaluation.
