Storyboards & Design Documents
This collection showcases the foundation of my instructional design process from concept planning to visual execution. Each design document defines learning objectives, structure, and strategy, while each storyboard translates those plans into learner-focused experiences. Together, they demonstrate how I design purposeful, organized, and results-driven learning solutions.
A Front-End Analysis (FEA) document that I created is also included below. This analysis serves as the foundation for designing targeted, evidence-based learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes.

I created this Front-End Analysis Process Guide to outline a strategic approach for identifying performance gaps, defining learning needs, and aligning learning solutions with organizational goals. The guide details each stage of the analysis process, from needs assessment and task evaluation to training design, delivery, and KPI measurement, showing how structured analysis leads to informed, effective learning strategies.
